Smarrelli General Contractor, Inc. was founded in 1963 by Edward Smarrelli (deceased). We are an open shop, currently employing 26 people full time year around. We have grown substantially under the direction of of Brad Smarrelli, President.We have an excellent record in all phases of commercial and industrial construction. Ninety percent of our general contracting is design-build, specializing in pre-engineered steel buildings and conventional wood framing.
As an authorized dealer of Metallic Metal Buildings, we take projects from concept to occupancy in a fast track style.
We are a local contractor concentrating in a 25-mile radius. A large majority of our business is improvement, additions, service and repair of buildings and grounds, specializing in concrete, steel erection, carpentry and excavating projects.
